modification 2 to new tweed valley hospital - concept proposal modifications 

The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment  approved Modification 2 to new Tweed Valley Hospital - concept proposal modifications on 29 April 2020. 

The modifications include: 

• New building envelopes for a multi-deck car park and temporary building
• Increase number of hospital beds
• Changes to existing building envelopes
• Increase floor area to 65,050 sqm
• Relocation of electrical switching station kiosk
• Revised landscaping
